Location:
The site is about twelve miles south of Barnstaple, 5 miles from Umberleigh and 10 miles from South Molton .
Beaches:
Local beaches include – Westward Ho, Croyde Bay
Shops:
There is a good sized Sainsburys in
New Road, South Molton (off the High Street). There is a small ‘Costcutter’ store attached to a petrol garage on the A377 as you go through Umberleigh, towards Barnstaple (go past ‘The Rising Sun’ pub/hotel and the garage/’Costcutter’ is about one mile along on the left). There are numerous shops inBarnstaple .

· Access to the property is not permitted until 3pm on the day of arrival,
· Departure Time is 11am,
· Sorry - no pets are permitted and the accommodation is NO SMOKING (if there are smokers in your party, then please do NOT smoke near the front door and NOT on the balcony as it will spoil the lodge for other users – please walk away from the lodge and smoke elsewhere on the site and dispose of cigarette ends carefully due to the forest),
· Quilts are provided but please be aware that you will need to take with you the following dependant on beds being used:-
- Main bedroom – ‘king size’ or ‘double quilt’ cover (both are available), double base sheet and pillow cases (x4 pillows available),
- Second bedroom – 2 x single quilt covers, single base sheetsand pillow cases (x4 pillows available),
- Upstairs Lounge – double quilt cover (if using sofa bed), double base sheet and pillow cases (x2 available)
- Main bedroom – ‘king size’ or ‘double quilt’ cover (both are available), double base sheet and pillow cases (x4 pillows available),
- Second bedroom – 2 x single quilt covers, single base sheetsand pillow cases (x4 pillows available),

· Guests are required to supply their own tea towels, towels, beach towels and toilet rolls,
· Some cleaning products are provided, however, it is suggested that you take washing up liquid and a small amount of washing powder should you wish to use the washing machine,
· This is predominantly a private family holiday home and we expect guests to look after the property. There are a number of items available for you to use at the Lodge including:- iron and ironing board, deck chairs and a high chair. All that is asked is that you take care of them and leave them in good order for the next guests.
